DescriptionThis brooch has a flattened band of silver that outlines an amorphic shape. This shape is repeated, reduced and reversed in the form of a solid silver plane that can be pivoted along the silver band to rest in a variety of positions. Part of the plane is polished and another part textured with punchmarks. The brooch also contains a green wheel of grey malachite, and a thin cylinder of pink coral that overlaps a flat, patinated silver disc. Small cylinders of silver adorn the silver band, one acting as a hinge for the movable, straight silver pin.
