Preston Singletary

Preston Singletary began blowing glass after finishing high school. Not having been trained at a college art program, he learned glassblowing techniques through practical experience. He attended workshops at the Pilchuck Glass School and also acted as gaffer and teaching assistant for many of the artists working at Pilchuck. He studied and taught in Sweden at the Kosta Boda glass factory. Today, he continues to lecture and do glassblowing demonstrations.
