Biography"John Marshall's major interest in gold and silversmithing, basse-taille, and cloisonné enameling was developed under such distinguished artists as Frederick Miller, Kenneth Bates, John Oaul Miller, and Toshiko Takaezu. His work, notable for its restrained elegance, has received many national awards in competitive exhibitions.
