Biography"Ramona Solberg was one of the first jewelers to break away from making traditional decorative ornaments and to bring intensely personal statements into jewelry design. Her pieces, which reflect basically symbolic forms, appeal to those who regard their personal adornments as talismans of our time. Miss Solberg has traveled and studied in Mexico and the Scandinavian countries, and exhibits a definite rapport with primitive expressions. Her work has been shown in most of the major exhibitions throughout the U.S."
